Watch: Smoke seen from plane engine after takeoff from Las Vegas

An American Airlines flight returned to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada shortly after takeoff after smoke was reported from its left engine.

The airline said that the maintenance team found no evidence of a fire in the engine, but the aircraft has been taken out of service.

No injuries were reported, and the Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the incident.
