Airport re-opens after Washington DC crash
Investigators have recovered the flight data recorders, also known as black boxes, from an American Airlines jet which collided with a US army helicopter above the Potomac River near Washington DC.
The jet, which was coming from Wichita, Kansas, was carrying 60 passengers and four crew members. Onboard the military helicopter were three US Army soldiers. All 67 people were killed in the crash.
