Montreal streets become rivers after massive water burst

A huge water burst erupted onto the streets of downtown Montreal after a pipe rupture. Video shows a massive geyser flooding many streets.

The water flooded at least 100 homes and lead to power outages for 12,000 people.

Authorities have turned off the water to the pipe and Montreal Mayor Valerie Plante says the situation is "under control".
