Queens Baton Relay: Canadian cyclist has one last chance

Five years ago 35 year old Sara Byers was unfit and overweight. Today she is poised to travel to the Commonwealth Games as a track cyclist.

This is all the more remarkable considering a lack of funding means Sara has to fit in training around a full-time job.

Now, at an age when most cyclists are retiring, she has one last chance to beat the necessary qualifying time.

BBC Queen's Baton Relay reporter Mark Beaumont meets Sara and her husband as she prepares for the biggest race of her life.
