Nepal earthquake: On the ground in Gorkha region

The UN has estimated that eight million people have been affected after Saturday's earthquake in Nepal, with the death toll at 4,356.

Foreign aid is arriving but being hampered by congestion at Kathmandu's sole airport and the difficulty of reaching areas of the mountainous country.

The BBC's Adrienne Murray is one of the few journalists to reach Gorkha - near the epicentre of the earthquake.

She sent this report from a badly damaged village.
