Philippines elections: Large crowds as polls open

People in the Philippines are voting for a new president and other leaders, with outspoken mayor Rodrigo "Digong" Duterte the favourite to win.

The BBC's Jonathan Head said that large crowds of people had come out to vote in the fiercely contested polls.
