North Korea's Kim Jong-un is seen at state funeral not wearing a mask

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has attended the funeral of a top military official as the country faces a Covid outbreak.

He was seen on state television not wearing a mask while carrying the coffin of Hyon Chol Hae.
