Brexit: Donald Tusk warns EU talks will be 'confrontational'

The European Council President Donald Tusk has argued for a "phased approach" to Brexit talks.

Mr Tusk said that the UK must honour its financial commitments, adding that a separation settlement "will be difficult, complex and sometimes even confrontational".
