Turkey referendum: President Erdogan hails 'historic moment'

The ruling Turkish party has claimed victory in the referendum to grant sweeping new presidential powers, based on unofficial results.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said: "The decision made by the Turkish public is a historic moment".
