EU's Von der Leyen says migration plan will build trust

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has given details of a new migration pact aimed at overhauling an old system that "no longer works".

The EU's executive body is aiming to provide more efficient screening of new arrivals and more effective systems for returning failed asylum seekers.
