Moment boy cuts ribbon too soon at opening ceremony in Turkey

A little boy stole the limelight at an opening ceremony in Turkey when he cut the ribbon prematurely.

The country's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, noticed the mistake when he spotted the child trying to hold the two pieces of ribbon together and jokingly tapped him on the head.
