Alexei Navalny's mother accuses Russian authorities of planning a 'secret' funeral
The mother of late Vladimir Putin critic leader Alexei Navalny has accused Russian authorities of planning a "secret" funeral for her son and said she would not agree to it.
In a video posted on her late son's YouTube channel, Lyudmila Navalnaya said she had finally seen his body, and signed his death certificate, nearly a week after officials said he died in an Arctic prison.
Ms Navalnaya added that local investigators secretly took her to the morgue, where she was presented with documents.
She said she was recording the video for all of her son's supporters who would want to attend a public funeral.
