Guernsey drivers invited to see licence details online

  • Published

Guernsey's Environment Department has announced an online system which allows drivers to see details of their licence and vehicles registered in their name.

The system, which goes live on 1 September, is available to drivers who have had their identity verified.

The department began conducting ID checks on people applying for driving licences in April.

Additionally, anyone with a provisional licence will be able to book a theory test through the system.

The department expects to introduce more services for online account holders before the end of the year.
