Islanders asked for views on future Guernsey housing sites
- Published
People are being asked to comment on the potential development of land which could accommodate up to 600 homes across two sites in Guernsey.
La Vrangue site, external is 8.5 hectares (51.86 vergées) and has been earmarked for housing for several decades.
The Pitronnerie Road site, external is 1.6 hectares (9.9 vergées) and is predominantly undeveloped.
Planners said comments could help guide any future development of the two locations.
A government spokesperson said: "We would encourage all those with an interest in these sites to have their say.
"After all of the feedback has been received, members of the Development and Planning Authority will make a decision on whether these should be approved and become Supplementary Planning Guidance for the sites in question."
Views are also being sought on the possible impact on traffic in the two areas.
Islanders have until 9 February 2024 to comment on the plans by email, external, or in writing to the Development & Planning Authority.
