Jersey RNLI lifeguarding starts at beach

  • Published

Lifeguards from the RNLI have started patrolling the beach at Greve de Lecq in Jersey.

Two will patrol between 1000 and 1800 BST all week until 4 September.

The RNLI already patrols beaches at St Brelade, St Ouen and Plemont in the island.

The charity says people new to watersports should make sure they have received training and be aware of the extent of their ability before trying them.
