All flights in and out of Jersey Airport have been delayed or are holding because of thick fog.
Alan Donald, marketing and communications manager of Jersey Airport and Jersey Harbours, said weather conditions had deteriorated.
He said: "We will continue to monitor the situation and receive updates from Jersey Met Office."
He said all passengers should check-in as usual unless they had heard otherwise from their airline.
He said: "Passengers with specific travel queries should contact their individual carrier."
