Hurricane Irma: Waves breach Cuba sea wall
The Cuban government says Irma has caused significant damage to coastal communities and tourist resorts, cutting off power to large areas.
The north coast of Cuba was battered with winds of around 250km/h (156mph), and waves several metres high.
