Olympic flame reaches top of Snowdon
The Olympic flame has travelled to the top of Snowdon, carried to the summit by one of the country's most celebrated mountaineers.
Hundreds of climbers turned out to greet Sir Chris Bonington, who, for the first time in his life, used the Snowdon Mountain Railway to reach the upper slopes.
Sir Chris, who has scaled Everest, said taking part in the torch relay had been a poignant experience.
The BBC's Hywel Griffith reports.
