Obama: Growth and jobs G8's top priority
The leaders of the G8 group of the world's most powerful economies have committed themselves to promoting growth alongside fiscal responsibility, US President Obama has said.
Mr Obama said that there was an emerging consensus that "more must be done to promote job creation in the context of fiscal and structural reforms".
Greece's possible exit from the eurozone was also high on the agenda, following inconclusive elections there.
The leaders of France, Germany, the US, the UK, Italy, Japan, Canada and Russia have been meeting at Camp David in the US state of Maryland.
