Video shows Chicago police firing on fleeing suspect
An independent police review panel in Chicago has released video footage showing the fatal shooting of a Chicago man.
The footage shows police officers firing on the car that Paul O'Neal, 18, was driving and later chasing him on foot. A post-mortem exam found that O'Neal was killed by a gunshot to the back.
The moment of his death was not recorded. Police said the officer's body camera was not operating at the time.
