Biden visits scene of Pittsburgh bridge collapse

Hours before President Biden delivered a speech on infrastructure, a bridge collapsed in nearby Pittsburgh.

Multiple vehicles went down with the steel span. Ten people were hurt.

Mr Biden made an unplanned stop at the site to meet with first responders and the mayor.
