Spanish police investigating Magaluf nightclub sex act

Spanish police have told Newsbeat they are investigating a video of a tourist performing sex acts in Magaluf after it was posted online.
The footage appears to show "mamading" where women are encouraged to carry out lewd acts in return for free alcohol.
In the video a blonde woman, who is reported to be British, is filmed crouching on the dancefloor of a bar in Magaluf surrounded by lots of men.
She is thought to have been given a free drink as a "prize".
Colonel Chief Jaime Barcelo from the Guardia Civil told Newsbeat: "We already have some answers, it's an ongoing investigation.
"I can assure you this, it will not go unpunished."
Manuel Onieva, the local mayor, who called for the police to look in to the video, has said bars will face closure if they are found to have broken the law.
He has chosen not to give an interview to Newsbeat but has released a statement.
"As Mayor of the Municipality of Calvia, I wish to express my total rejection and absolute indignation at the practices which are being carried out in a video which is on the social network circuit," he said.
Mark Cristiano, 23, is an events manager in Magaluf. He told Newsbeat: "Magaluf gets a bad reputation but it's not really like that.
"This type of thing happens but not in the extent of 24 guys, that is too much."
Mark told Newsbeat there was a line when it come to the types of activities encouraged in venues and on bar crawls.
"Some girls don't want to come in because they have respect and a lot of girls get put off because they think they will get that happening.
"But to make money as a bar you have to encourage things like that, maybe not to that level though."
Vikki O'Neil, 31, has been living in the area for the past decade. She said: "This is the first time I have seen something as big as this.
"This girl obviously had too many shots, everyone is egging her on and she has been in a zone where she thinks it's acceptable.
"This has gone too far and people need to take responsibility".
Jay Gardner, one of the cast of MTV's Geordie Shore, is featured in the video sticking his middle finger up at the girl when she approaches him.
His MTV cast mate Ricci Guarnaccio tweeted Jay a message saying: "Proud of you Jay for saying no to being number 25."
Speaking to Newsbeat he says the incident shouldn't have taken place.
"I'm certainly not out there to be mothering that girl. I'm there as part of the bar crawl and I'm not mothering anybody who wants to do what they wanna do."
Carnage Magaluf, who are said to have organised the event, posted on Twitter their reaction to the video going viral.
Newsbeat has tried to contact the Carnage Magaluf but so far they have not responded to messages.
According to their website the bar crawl "includes 4 hours of UNLIMITED drinking 4 hours UNLIMITED free shots and a FREE CARNAGE vest/t-shirt on arrival".
They also promote celebrity pool parties, featuring stars from reality shows including Geordie Shore, The Valleys, Benefit Street and The Only Way is Essex.
Carnage Magaluf is a different company to Carnage UK, which organises student nights and events at cities around the UK.
