France have become the first team in World Cup history to benefit from goal-line technology. They beat Honduras 3-0 with a goal from Karim Benzema ruled to have crossed the line. The french striker scored the other two goals on the night to give his side the win.
Elsewhere Lionel Messi was in top form as Argentina beat World Cup newbies Bosnia Herzegovina 2-1. Messi scored a spectacular second goal.
In Sunday's other matches, Switzerland scored a last-minute winner to beat Ecuador 2-1.
And Ivory Coast beat Japan 2-1.
