De-Graft gets a drawing masterclass from Mikey Please
Mikey Please is an author, illustrator and animator who has not only written his own book, but also worked on amazing animations like Robin Robin during his career.
The Cafe at the Edge of the Woods was born from a game Mikey would play with his wife and son in lockdown during the covid pandemic, when people had to stay inside.
He would play an ogre who came into their cafe and made lots of fun and silly requests, and inspired his award-winning book series.
De-Graft went to meet Mikey at his home studio to learn how to draw an ogre - why don't you see if you can draw one too!
