Weightlifter Rebekah visits Newsround

At just 15 years old, Rebekah Tiler is the youngest ever athlete to win gold at the British Weightlifting Championships.

Not only that - she's broken more than one hundred British records and she's preparing for the Commonwealth Games later this month.

Rebekah visited Newsround for a chat with Ayshah and revealed how she got into weightlifting and how much she's looking forward to Glasgow's games.
