William and Kate visit Newsround to talk about mental health

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a special visit to Newsround today to talk to 15-year-old mental health advocate, Josh.

Fifteen-year-old Josh took part in a Newsround Special called Inside My Head, which both Prince William and Kate have watched.

They told Josh how brave he was for taking part in the programme, and for speaking out about the problems he's had with mental health.
