Incredible footage caught by passersby shows snow monkeys walking across electric wires as if they are circus artists!

The acrobatic monkeys were spotted in Japan climbing across wires in the Aomori Prefecture.

Snow monkeys, known as macaques, are more typically found in hot springs which they bathe in during winter months.

So it was a surprise to locals to spot these monkeys climbing high!
