Tokyo 2020: One year until the Paralympic Games

There's just one year to go until the Paralympic games get underway in Toyko, Japan.

Martin caught up with two-time Paralympian Richard Whitehead and Amy Truesdale, who will be making her debut at the Tokyo Games, to see how they're feeling about the competition.
