Chemmy Alcott certainly knows a thing or two about skiing.

She's represented Great Britain at four Winter Olympic games.

More recently, she's been part of the BBC's team covering the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Luckily for us, it meant she could pop into the Newsround studios to give us her top tips for all aspiring ski stars of the future.
