UK weather: Will it snow this week?

Anyone hoping for another sprinkling of snow this year might be in luck!

Wintry conditions are set to return to parts of the UK this week and although snow isn't promised, there's certainly a chance of it falling, particularly on higher ground.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow in much of north Wales, Northern Ireland and northern and central England on Thursday (8 February).
