A post on social media, that appears to show a grandma who is really, really into her gaming has been liked thousands of times.

The post shows a photo of the anonymous woman and says she has been using her Nintendo Wii for longer than most of you have been alive!

A screenshot posted on Thursday suggests she has been been keeping up her Wii Fit exercises for 5,794 days, which is more than 16 years.
