For his final Comic Relief Sir Lenny Henry took part in a sketch called 'I'm Just Len', in which he sung a parody of the song 'I'm Just Ken' from the Barbie movie.
Red Nose Day saw more than £40 million raised for Comic Relief this year.
The big annual charity event sees people taking parts in all sorts of events and fun challenges to raise money for children facing poverty in the UK and around the world.
Friday's live TV show was hosted for the last time by Sir Lenny Henry, who was one of the first ever presenters for Comic Relief, after he helped to create the charity 39 years ago.
There were lots of celebrities and funny sketches - and the Gladiators even took over a PE lesson!
What did the Gladiators do for Red Nose Day?
Comic Relief: When the Gladiators joined in a PE class!
Children at a primary school were given a rather large surprise when Gladiators turned up to take their PE class.
Seven of the stars including Bionic, Diamond, Nitro and Electro went head to head with pupils in a series of games.
Pupils got to test their skills and strength against the Gladiators in events like the tug of war and egg-and-spoon race.
The children helped to plan a series of challenges inspired by the show to raise money, but didn't know they would be up against the real Gladiators.

Mollie King was greeted by crowds as she cycled into Queen Victoria Square in Hull
Comic Relief is also famous for the challenges it sets for celebs to help raise money.
This year Radio One DJ Millie King raised over £1 million when she cycled 311 miles (500km) from London to Hull.
She said she was "completely overwhelmed by everyone being so generous".
Also Laura Whitmore, Alex Scott, Sara Davies and Vicky Pattison all took part in Comic Relief's coldest ever challenge, attempting a 50km sub-zero expedition to the Arctic.
