City celebrated their win at Etihad Stadium on Sunday
Manchester City have made history after becoming the first team to win the Premier League title four times in a row.
City needed a win in their final game on Sunday to hold off rivals Arsenal and guarantee their historic title win.
Their 3-1 victory over West Ham saw City lift the trophy, ending the campaign two points ahead of the Gunners.
Midfielder Phil Foden said he was "lost for words" at their triumph.

Phil Foden said Manchester City had put themselves in the history books
"We've put ourselves in the history books. No team has ever done it.
"Working all year for this moment, it's such a special feeling to share it with the fans."

Rodri scored City's final goal at Etihad Stadium
Foden netted two goals for Manchester City, followed by a third from Rodri.
This means City have won six out of the past seven Premier League titles - something not even the manager saw coming.

Not even Guardiola could keep his cool after City scored their third goal!
"If people told me in the next seven years we are going to win six Premier Leagues, I will say you are insane, it's not going to happen," said Pep Guardiola.
"It happened."

City beat West Ham 3-1 at home on Sunday
The players were overjoyed on Sunday, with Kevin de Bruyne saying the fourth win "feels just as amazing as the first one".
Striker Erling Haaland said he didn't doubt his team's ability: "After we beat Spurs we kind of knew we were going to do it. I was confident."
