What is Taylor Swift's link to Castelnuovo Cilento?

The town hope the street might inspire a visit from Swift
The village hoping for a visit from Swift herself is called Castelnuovo Cilento, and it is located high on a hill in the Campania region of Italy.
Not many people live in the village, in fact there are fewer than 100 residents in its old town.
However, despite its small size and few inhabitants, the village has a cool connection to Taylor Swift - her great-great-grandfather, Charles Carmine Antonio Baldi, was born there.
And now, the village are celebrating the former resident and Taylor's family connection by naming a street after him.

The village hope that the connection and the street naming will encourage Tay-Tay to visit them.
Although Swift didn't stop by when she had concerts in Milan last year, the town isn't giving up.
The mayor of the town told reporters that they have already invited Taylor Swift to visit Castelnuovo Cilento and are "delighted" to renew the invitation.
As well as the street being named after her ancestor, they are also planning to make her an honorary citizen.
