The Masked Singer UK is back! Here's what you need to know

Get ready to yell "Take it off!" at your TV screens again soon!

Strictly may be over, but don't despair, Saturday telly fans! There's a brand new series of The Masked Singer UK on its way soon!

That's right, the crazy costume competition is back for its sixth series with a host of new mystery celebs ready to showcase their singing talents.

Presenter Joel Dommett will be returning to the show, alongside celebrity judges Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and new judge Maya Jama - who will be taking over from Rita Ora.

The singing show will return to ITV on Saturday 4 January 2025 at 7pm.

Piranha (AKA Danny Jones) won the series last year

Last year the show was won by Piranha- who was revealed to be Danny Jones from the band McFly.

And it seems like Danny's winning streak has continued as he has just won the latest series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

Previous winners of the Masked Singer also include Charlie Simpson from the band Busted, singer Natalie Imbruglia, as well as singer Joss Stone and Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts.

Will the judges be able to work out who is behind the mask? We'll have to wait and see!
