It's time to dust off the golden buzzer

ITV have confirmed that Britain's Got Talent is back for a brand new series this month.

Fans only have a short while to wait until Saturday 22nd February, when the first episode will air on ITV1, STV and ITVX.

The pair have hosted every series of the show since it started, way back in 2007.

Last year, Ant and Dec won their 23rd TV Presenter Award at the National Television Awards.

Ant joked that one day they won't collect the award, but said that it was a "joy" to win again.

Singer Sydnie Christmas won last year's Britain's Got Talent

This will be series 18 of Britain's Got Talent so there have been lots of winners in the past.

Last year the winner was a singer called Sydnie Christmas.

She impressed the judges with her performance of the song Somewhere Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz.

She won £250,000 and a spot at the Royal Variety Performance – a big charity event held at the Royal Albert Hall in London, which some of the Royal Family attend.
