- Published
ParalympicsGB has announced the first 10 para-athletes that will be heading to the Games in Paris later this summer.
They've been chosen after a successful World Para Athletics Championships in Kobe in Japan - where ParalympicsGB came fourth in the medals table, with seven gold medals.
The team also includes seven-time Paralympic champion, Hannah Cockroft.
This is the first wave of para athletes to be announced - we should be expecting more announcements closer to the Games.

Who is in the squad so far?
For the track, there's Karé Adenegan and Hannah Cockroft for women's T34 100m and 800m. Adenegan has already scooped up a selection of medals - including the silver and two bronze that she won at the 2016 Paralympics, when she was only 15.
Hannah Cockroft holds both world and Paralympic records in 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m in her classification.
Sammi Kinghorn will be racing in the T53 100m, 400m and 800m.
Ben Sandilands will be making his ParalympicsGB debut in the T20 1500m - he won gold for Britain in this category at the Paris World Para Athletics Championships last year.
Over on field, Paralympic gold-medallist Hollie Arnold will be representing ParalympicsGB for F46 javelin, and world-record holder Sabrina Fortune will be on F20 shotput. Fortune had a very successful throw at the World Para Athletics Championship in Japan when she twice extended her own world record.
Aled Davies has been selected for men's F63 shotput, and Dan Pembroke for F13 javelin.
Olivia Breen - who currently holds the world record for T38 long jump IPC - will be competing for a medal in this category.
Jonathan Broom-Edwards - who just come back from a gold medal at the World Para Athletics Championships - will be taking part in the T64 high jump.
When do the Paralympics start?
The Paris 2024 Paralympics will kick off on Wednesday 28 August, with an opening ceremony in Paris.
