COP30: What decisions were made this year?

One of the world's biggest climate conferences has come to an end, but what decisions have been made?

Over the last two weeks, world leaders and politicians have met in Brazil to take part in COP30.

It takes place each year with the aim of bringing people together to try and tackle the climate issues the planet is facing.

The BBC's Climate Editor, Justin Rowlatt, was at the event and can explain what happened.
