At this time of year there are bound to be lots of special Christmas events planned, no matter whereabouts in the country you live.
In London there are lots of festive lights around around the city, as well as in Belfast, Edinburgh and Leicester.
At Battersea Power Station this week, singer Kylie Minogue made a surprise appearance to turn on the Christmas lights display there.
