Gymnast Jake Jarman gives Newsround his top tips

British gymnast Jake Jarman has returned to his home club to a winner's welcome.

Jarman took home gold for GB in the men's floor final at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia.

He visited his home gym to celebrate his win with young gymnasts, and he gave Newsround some top tips.
