A Kpop Demon Hunters sequel? Now that's how you show 'em how it's done, done, DONE!

Would you want to see a Kpop Demon Hunters sequel or live-action movie? Well you might be in luck!

Rumours have been swirling recently that the makers of the movie - Sony Pictures Animation and Netflix - are in talks to potentially make more movies.

But don't get too excited as nothing has been confirmed just yet.

Kpop Demon Hunters has recently become Netflix's most watched movie of all time racking up 236 million views, topped music charts around the world, and was even given a limited sing-a-long cinema release worldwide.

In an interview with US entertainment magazine, Variety, one of the film's directors Maggie Kang said that if she were given the opportunity to make a sequel, she'd love to expand on Zoey and Mira's backstory a bit more.

Would you want to see more about the Saja Boys in a sequel movie?

"There's only so much movie you could tell in 85 minutes," said Maggie Kang in her interview with Variety.

"This was Rumi's story, and we have backstories for Zoey and Mira – ones that we actually put in the movie, but it just kind of rejected it. It just wasn't the movie for those stories," she says.

So there is potential for more stories to be told in the Kpop Demon Hunter world.

Before a sequel is made, the two studios responsible - Netflix and Sony - have to agree a deal.
