Therapy dogs helping nervous flyers in Turkish airport
- Published
Some new doggy recruits at Istanbul airport are helping passengers who are worried about flying.
Kuki and Alita have been on hand to cheer up travellers saying goodbye to loved ones or giving comfort to nervous flyers.
Istanbul is one of the biggest airports in the world, so the aim is for the dogs to help those who are stressed.
Tens of millions of passengers use the airport in Turkey every year, so there are plenty of people to give the dogs a stroke.
Traveller Ali Bahtiyari said: "It's a really good scene and it's really nice to pet these dogs. I'm so happy that they are here."
