Meet Millie Knight - the Team GB Paralympics star

Imagine representing your country doing the sport you love, then getting asked to carry the flag high and proud...

Because that's what happened to Millie Knight at the 2014 Sochi Paralympic Games.

The 15-year-old is the youngest ever British Paralympian in history, and to top that she even came fifth in her events - the slalom and giant slalom.

Nel has been to her school to catch up with Millie since her whirlwind rise to sporting fame.
