Owls made out of car hubcaps

Artist Ptolemy Elrington sees the potential in everyday rubbish - and now he has made an owl!

He got into making scrap art after finding lots of hubcaps and rubbish near his home.

He felt inspired by a previous trip to India, where he spotted people recycling a lot of scrap and making useful things.
