Moscow's amazing snow clearing machines

Moscow, the capital of Russia, is currently in the grip of a major snow storm.

Heavy snow like that might bring normal life in the UK to a standstill but not in Moscow.

The locals are used to extreme winter weather and the city has 15,000 snow ploughs and trucks working night and day to keep the city moving.

Steve Rosenberg, the BBC's Moscow correspondent, showed us some of the incredible machines keeping Moscow up and running.
