More people needed to help clean up litter on beaches

The Marine Conservation Society is asking people to help pick up litter on beaches.

Beachwatch campaigners are calling on more people to clean up after themselves because they say the amount of litter on our coast is rising.

Things like plastic bottles, wet wipes and dog poo bags have been found.

The charity says the litter is bad for the environment and can harm wildlife.

Ricky headed to the beach to find out more.
