Why do we love elephants so much?

There is a big discussion going on at the moment about how the world can save the planet's elephants.

At the moment, poaching means that tens of thousands of elephants are being killed every year for their ivory tusks, which are considered to be valuable in some parts of the world.

Some people are worried that if more isn't done, then there is a very real danger that elephants could completely die out within a generation.

School children tell Newsround just why they love elephants so much and why they feel it is so important that we save them.
