The girl who bakes her homework

This week at Newsround we are talking about homework.

Many people can't agree if it's good or bad thing for primary school children, but most schools do set homework like Maths and English for their pupils.

People who support homework for primary schools say that it helps to support children's learning.

Others think that it's not necessary and that children's time after school should be spent doing other things.

At Pippa's school things are a bit different, she gets to choose what kind of homework she wants to do so we caught up with her.
