Wayne Rooney says sorry after admitting to drink-driving

Wayne Rooney has apologised for his "unforgivable lack of judgement" after admitting to drink-driving in court.

The former England football captain has been banned from driving for two years, and must carry out 100 hours of community service.

He's also been fined two weeks' wages by his club Everton, which is thought to be around £300,000.
