Duke and Duchess of Cambridge meet Josh from Newsround Special

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a special visit to Newsround today to talk to 15-year-old mental health advocate, Josh.

Josh took part in a Newsround Special called Inside My Head.

Inside My Head follows Josh's journey as he opens up about his experiences living with a mental illness called obsessive compulsive disorder, or OCD.

Prince William praised Josh for his bravery in sharing his story, and for encouraging others with mental health problems to share their experiences as well.
